Dear Friend:

Welcome to Panic Attack Survival Guide,

My name is Darren Bardsley and I had been a sufferer of a Panic and a General Anxiety Disorder for a long time. As you will soon read I had my first episode in my pre-teen years, some 30+ years ago.

In the last seven years or so, I’ve gained a huge amount of knowledge about panic and anxiety attacks and their potential to become disorders. As a panic attack sufferer turned expert, it is my goal to see that all those who have an unfortunate, but similar fate are properly advised and gain a good understanding about their problem. Moral support and clear information dramatically help those first encounters of a panic attack and lead to a much faster return to a Panic Free Life.

It took some time to mentally accept the disorder I had; mainly because I did not get the help I really needed until a few years ago, so I’d like to share what I have learned and discovered over the last several years with you, free of charge.

Feel free to browse the links at the bottom of this page for more information about panic attacks and anxiety disorders, or signup for my 10-part panic attack email course below, where you’ll receive one lesson per day in your email box.
